With a background in psychology and counseling, I've always been the go-to person for sorting through ideas, shifting perspectives, and turning big visions into action, so it felt really aligned when I leaned into these skills to offer marketing consulting after releasing the fitness business to 5 figure months, serving women all over the world.

When I transitioned out of fitness, I started teaching profitable networking strategies to small business owners, quickly earning the nickname Queen of Networking. After a short time, I realized many business owners were networking and seeking referrals, but hitting a wall because they didn’t have a clear understanding of their promo calendar, target markets, funnel, messaging, and other important things mapped out in a marketing strategy.
